As a knowledge-based organisation, CPA Australia understands the value of targeted communications. When planning a new, premium, professional development offering, CPA Australia engaged icon.pr Director Joanne Painter to consult on the name, brand positioning and messaging for the event.

Drawing on icon.pr’s bespoke Stakeholder Engagement Methodology, Joanne conducted a comprehensive consultation program based around a series of workshops. Insights were then used to create the event name, positioning and communication for both print and web.

Following the success of the inaugural event in 2009, icon.pr was engaged in 2010 to refresh communication and produce new event collateral.
